You have 90 days from the exact date your package is delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 90-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a valid return and refund, the clothing item must meet all of these strict requirements:

• The apparel must be completely unused, unwashed, and unworn (trying the item on for fit is acceptable, but it must show no signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or odors).
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• You must provide your order number and valid proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to support@fashionandfitness.shop including your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our support team will verify your request. If eligible, we will reply with the proper return authorization and the correct return center address.
3. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging, ship it via your chosen carrier, and email us the return tracking number.
